How do we get started?
With a free consultation, then a fixed-price proof of concept on your real data. If the results are good, we plan the full build together and agree the scope in writing.
Which tools and systems can you connect to?
Common CRMs and helpdesks, WhatsApp Business, email, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Tally, ERPs and databases. If a system has an API or a data export, we can usually work with it.
Will our data be used to train AI models?
No. Your data is used only to run your system. For sensitive work the system runs in your own cloud account, using AI services that don’t keep or train on your data.
Which languages do your voice agents speak?
English, Hindi and mixed Hindi-English, plus major Indian languages including Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada and Gujarati.
What happens after the AI goes live?
Every system comes with a monthly plan: monitoring, fixing wrong answers, model updates, usage cost control and a report on what the AI handled.
What if we’re not happy with the work?
If the work we deliver isn’t good, we offer a refund. What the work has to achieve is agreed with you in writing before the project starts, so both sides know what “good” means.
How is pricing decided?
Each project has a one-time setup fee to build it and a monthly fee to run and support it. Both are fixed in writing after the discovery call.
